YourMechanic is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who shares our vision to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment at a startup and is committed to creating a top-notch experience for our customers and mechanics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer issues including warranty-related and escalated issues
• Facilitate and resolve warranty related customer issues
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Work with technicians on the field to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Provide technical support and advice to our team of mobile mechanics

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated excellence in working as a service advisor providing customer support and handling warranty claims
• Past experience as an automotive technician
• Master level technician a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive can-do attitude
• A team player and understands that there is no room for ego
