We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to our customers and mechanic partners nationwide. The ideal candidate is comfortable working for a startup and committed to creating a top-notch experience for our customers and partners.
Provide high quality service and support to both customers and partners via phone as well as email, text, and/or chat
Solve problems and thoughtfully address issues experienced by customers and partners
Own your responsibilities and tasks
ProactiveIy seek opportunities for improving service and process
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
Excellent organizational, analytical, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and passion for success
Exceptional time management skills and ability to respond to inquiries quickly and effectively
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
