YourMechanic is looking for motivated individuals committed to delivering exceptional customer service for our customers as they set up appointments. We’re looking to build the foundation of our Customer Booking Team with members who care about our customers as much as we do. You will be connecting with customers via phone to ensure they have a fantastic experience.
Engage and educate the customer on the value of YourMechanic and how it works
Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and fulfill customer requests
Make outbound calls to customers that have requested a price quote to assist them with appointment booking.
Grow the customer base by booking appointments for new and existing customers
Strong communication skills with a great phone presence
Commitment to helping customers and growing the business
Tech savvy with strong typing skills and the ability to navigate multiple programs and screens
Exceptional time management and judgement to respond to business needs effectively
Self motivated and results driven
Experience with CRM software, live chat, and phones, including one year minimum of customer service phone experience
